ph1vip Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the ph1vip online gaming platform, including the website at ph1vip.app, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming, wagering, and account management services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on ph1vip, you irrevocably accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, or game-specific terms that ph1vip publishes from time to time. In the event of any conflict, the more specific rule shall take precedence, unless ph1vip expressly states otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the ph1vip Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your ph1vip Account wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-withdrawable wagering credits granted to you by ph1vip under a promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table, bingo draw, sabong event, or sportsbook market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all real-money ph1vip players.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that licenses and regulates ph1vip.
• "PHP" / "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all ph1vip transactions are denominated unless otherwise stated.

To open and maintain a real-money ph1vip Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard legal minimum under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. ph1vip conducts mandatory age verification on all accounts prior to permitting real-money play.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) opening the Account solely for your own personal use.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal entitlement to use the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ph1vip or any of its affiliated game providers or suppliers.
• You are not subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on ph1vip or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds sourced from, any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. ph1vip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for KYC compliance purposes.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) real-money Account on ph1vip. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph1vip Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. ph1vip strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify ph1vip support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

ph1vip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All transactions and wagers placed using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified ph1vip of a security breach.

ph1vip reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, accessed by an unauthorised party, or used in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour. We may require additional identity verification before restoring access to a locked Account.

ph1vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and GrabPay. Available methods and processing times are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and Maya e-wallets. Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ph1vip does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, consistent with Philippine AML requirements.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-related winnings can be included in a withdrawal request.
• ph1vip reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including proof of identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership, prior to processing.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during operational hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

All transactions on ph1vip are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph1vip does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — ph1vip has no control over third-party provider fees.

ph1vip offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated per promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Validity Period: The time window within which a bonus must be claimed and/or wagering requirements must be met. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering with active bonus funds, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.

ph1vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Any attempt to abuse promotions — including through collusion, multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure.

Each game available on ph1vip is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail for all account, payment, and conduct matters.

ph1vip uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all casino and slot games, independently audited by approved testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by ph1vip staff, player history, or any external factor. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels.

For live dealer games and sportsbook markets, ph1vip relies on feeds and data provided by its licensed game and data suppliers. In the rare event of a technical failure, disconnection, or data error that affects the outcome of a live game or bet settlement, ph1vip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's Account. ph1vip shall not be liable for any losses arising from such technical events beyond the refund of the original wager.

Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport and market rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of ph1vip's trading team shall be final, subject to any regulatory review by PAGCOR.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph1vip and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account on ph1vip.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using ph1vip to launder money in contravention of Philippine AML laws.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or glitch in the Platform. Any winnings resulting from a known or exploited error will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ph1vip staff or other players via any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' Accounts or to ph1vip's backend systems.

ph1vip's risk and security team monitors Platform activity continuously. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if prohibited conduct is suspected. Investigations will be conducted as promptly as reasonably practicable, and the outcome communicated to the Account holder.

ph1vip is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. If it stops being enjoyable, ph1vip provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During this period, you cannot log in or place wagers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use ph1vip's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ph1vip's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph1vip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph1vip Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph1vip shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or Platform unavailability caused by factors beyond ph1vip's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of bonuses or winnings due to breach of wagering conditions or prohibited conduct rules.
• Any errors or omissions in game content, odds, or payout information provided by third-party game suppliers, beyond the refund of the original wager for affected bets.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph1vip's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph1vip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ph1vip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for Account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and to provide and improve the ph1vip gaming experience. ph1vip does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) as required by law or contract.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ph1vip, subject to legal retention obligations. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the ph1vip Platform shall first be submitted to ph1vip's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team via live chat.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph1vip's internal process within a reasonable time, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing ph1vip's operations. ph1vip will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

Any legal proceedings arising from an unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph1vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph1vip will notify registered players via a notice on the Platform, by email to the address registered on your Account, or by both methods, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ph1vip Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team before the effective date.
